Well I finally got my house put up for sale this weekend. So if any of you know someone interested in living in beautiful Salem send them my way, I've got the house for them!
I'm going to try selling it by owner but after a month I might give up and post with a realtor. I've put a sign in my yard and posted it on KSL and Craig's List. It is such a seller's market that I really hope I get lucky and someone finds an interest in my house out of all those out there. I live in a great neighborhood, and my house is right behind a church so I'm hoping those things help.
Here are some of the pics I posted to show what the inside of the house looks like.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms:
Family room (which will be getting painted in the next week or so):
Master bedroom:
one of the bathrooms (just freshly painted):
the kitchen:
Asking price - $215,000 but of course I am wiling to negotiate. Not only do I have to sell my house but Brian has his up for sale as well so if you know anyone wanting to live up in South Jordan in a great neighborhood (he's even in a cul de sac) send them Brian's way, he's got the house for them. Wish us luck!!!

If I saw your house online, those pictures would definitely reel me in! I think you'll be able to sell it. Where are you guys looking to buy a house?
We are looking in the Daybreak area (it's right there in south jordan by the new Oquirrah temple - not sure on the spelling of that. But it's a great area and a fun community.

Good Luck! I just love the red accent walls. I think I have the same red & I love it! Cher
Cheryl - that red is from Kwal when your mom worked there. It was called Peterson Red I believe that was a custom color for some contractor. Your mom always helped me pick awesome paint colors for all the rooms.
