Back on March 24th I was able to go to California with Madi (as her chaperone) to her national cheerleading competition. We flew out on Friday and came back on Monday. It was a lot of fun to hang with her and their neighbors & good friends Deb & Shaye all weekend. We shared a hotel room at the Hilton & later the Marriott & had plenty of laughs (among other things...Madi & Shaye, you know what I'm talking about here.....) Deb & I enjoyed watching the girls perform, go FUSION!
Madi's advanced team ended up taking 6th place, way go to girls! We then spent our evenings playing at California Adventure and Disneyland. Thanks for inviting me along Madi, I had a blast (and thanks for funding it all Brian! :)

So glad Madi has such a fun (soon to be) step- mom! What a lucky girl she is.
Oh fun! I love Disneyland. I haven't been since Jake and I got married. Hopefully next year we can take Shelby. I've only been on California Screamin once! When Jake and I went, it was shut down that day.
