Yesterday the boys & I thought we'd do something fun after school & went bowling. No, not to nasty Duke's Lanes (I believe they closed that place in SF any way) but to a newer bowling alley over in Payson. Any way here are a few pictures of the boys bowling. Parker got several spares, & beat both me & Paxton. I think he ended up with a 104, Paxton and I were under 100, it was pretty bad.

In between their turns they kept bugging me about playing the arcade games (so imagine hearing that through 10 frames.) By the end I was so put out with them doing that & not leaving the asking for AFTER we were all done & just enjoying the bowling part, that I would not give up any quarters to the arcade games or chupa chupe sucker machine & we left. I wasn't trying to be a cheapie, just trying to teach them that they don't need to get everything they ask for & I pointed out they didn't even say "thank you." Instead they just threw fits because of what they didn't get to do. So needless to say I had them both bawling (because I said no they can't play when we get home, you go in your rooms for awhile) & in their bedrooms as soon as we got home. I had some peace & quiet for 30 min & then let them out for dinner. Later on they apologized & told me thanks & redeemed themselves by being well behaved & cute boys at the gym while I worked out. After that I took them out for ice cream cones & we ended the night on a good note. :)
Paxton made a funny comment while I was working out there at the gym. I was in the circuit training area on a tricep machine & just pumping the weight up & down & Paxton comes over & asks me "you need quarters for that machine?" I had to laugh, it was cute.
