One of the newest things out there I think are shoe parties! Have you ever been to one? They are replacing jewelry, purse & Pampered Chef parties. (Designer jean parties are another new & cool thing - I plan to have one of those after summer.) You go to the hostesses house & see a trailer parked out front. 2-4 girls "run" the party - literally. Let me explain. They have the shoes out on display & you just tell them the size of what you want & they "run" out to that cute little trailer & grab you some shoes to try on. The "runners" are kept busy the entire time you are there because of course you can't try on just 1 pair & there are always tons of people who show up for the party doing the same thing as you! Then you take home your shoe purchases right then and there. They are a lot of fun! This is the 2nd party I've been to. Here's the cute pair of yellow peep toe wedges I couldn't resist! They look cute with jeans or white! All I need is a tan & a pedi & I'll be set for the summer in these shoes!
